Sure. You can reserve your place for an upcoming program by selecting the program you will attend during your application process. If you program is not listed, please contact our office to make arrangements.

You have two options: You can pay online if you use the online application. You can contact our offce, and we will send you a Payment Authorization form.

Refund amount depends on the cancellation time period Up to 60 days before lease start date Full Refund Between 59 and 30 days before the lease start date 80% of Housing fees to be refunded Between 29 - 0 days before the lease start date No refund but balance may be rolled-over to the following term On lease start date or after Tenant is responsible for paying all housing fees and finding a replacement No refund applies after move-in day. The application fee is non-refundable.

We have two room options from which you may choose: Shared Room (two students per bedroom) Private Room with Private Bath

rexIRVINE student housing is priced per term and is based on the program the student is enrolled in. Each applicant must also pay for the Housing Placement Fee and the Deposit. Please check our Prices & Dates page for more information.

If you suspect that you will arrive after your scheduled check-in date, please contact us and give us your late arrival information. Arrangements will be made for a late check-in.

Sure! If you would like to stay longer, you have two options: Daily Rental Lease Extension Simply contact our office and we can walk you through the process for each option. You can find our daily rate information here Please keep in mind that all lease extension requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your originally scheduled check-out.

Yes. If you contact our office, and if your apartment is available early, then you can pay the applicable daily rate for each additional day. Please check daily rental rates here

If you have signed a lease for two consecutive terms, then you can stay in your apartment during the term break for no additional charge. If you would like to extend your lease to include the upcoming term, please contact our office for assistance.

Yes! Both of the apartment communites are with 4 km of the UCI campus.

Yes. All of the roommate assignments and apartment assignments are arranged by gender.

The maximum occupancy of each apartment is four. Typical occupancy is between two and four. The number of students in each apartment is determined by the occupancy type each student has selected. If both you and your flatmate have opted for private occupancy, then there will only be two students per apartment.

Nope. All you need to do is submit your application and pay the applicable fees. rexIRVINE will take care of the rest!

Sure! When you submit your application, indicate your friend's name. Although roommate requests aren't guaranteed, we will do what we can to make sure you're in the same room.

All of the rexIRVINE apartments come with the following: Electricity* Gas* Water* High-Speed Wifi Furniture Kitchen Appliances Bedding *Each apartment is allotted $100 worth of utilities per month. Any excess will be paid for by tenants.
