You can reserve your place for an upcoming program by selecting the program you will attend during your application process.

If you program is not listed, please contact our office to make arrangements.

You have two options:

1. You can pay online if you use the online application.

2. You can contact our offce, and we will send you a Payment Authorization form.

Refund amount depends on the cancellation time period

Up to 60 days before lease start date

Full Refund

Between 59 and 30 days before the lease start date

80% of Housing fees to be refunded

Between 29 - 0 days before the lease start date

No refund but balance may be rolled-over to the following term

On lease start date or after

Tenant is responsible for paying all housing fees and finding a replacement

No refund applies after move-in day.

The application fee is non-refundable.
